If a cyclist takes 4 hours to travel 72 miles, what is the cyclist’s average speed in miles per hour?
Nat2105 [25]
So the question asks for the cyclist's mph, which we'll call x. so if 4x = 72 then x = 72/4 so if we divide 72 by 4, x= 18 The cyclist travels at 18 mph

PLZ!!! PROMISE TO GIVE BRAIN ⚠⚠⚠
riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:

In my opinion, we should treat animals the way you treat other humans, even if they may act aggressive and such. I know that some people out there don't treat animals with respect, and I don't agree with that statement one bit. Sure, some animals can attack you, hurt you, ect. But I feel they are doing that so they can protect themselves.

This is what I could come up with- I hope I helped either way! ^^

Dwight Lyman Moody, in this very witty quotation of his, states we act and think differently when we are "in the dark", that is, when the spotlight is not on us and everyone can see us and consequently judge us. When reading, we tend to be sympathetic to some characters and their dilemmas. By being so, we are saying to ourselves that we agree with those characters' acts and choices, even if they are morally questionable if we have common sense in mind.

When previewing the following lines from Sonnet 18, how many sentences should readers plan to read fluently? So long as men can
jekas [21]
The reader should plan to read fluently only one line. The line "So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see, So long lives this, and gives life to thee." There is only one sentence there. The correct answer is B. It is the last two lines of the sonnet, but since there is only sentence, I believe the answer to be One.
