The Soviets aiding and arming one side, the US arming another side. It was a bit like a global chess game in a sense. The US and the Soviets trying to out think each other while building their own empires and depleting the resources of the other. Unfortunately other people and other nations were used as pawns, and the effects are still being felt today.

The different classes dictated different ways of life together with different obligations and desires as well as rights which were enjoyed by the specific social class.
