Incas liked to live in peace, so that they wouldn't be disturbed. They fought with neighboring tribes, but they weren't a war tribe. 
The Maya and the Aztecs were more warfarous. The Aztecs were bloodthirsty for kills and sacrifices. The Aztecs were much more battleprepared.
