It looks impossible to tell if you don't know one simple fact. You have to know that the Plane that contains WTSR and V is opaque which means you can't see through it. So the line that goes through it (containing WQ) is partially not seen.
It is represented by a dashed line that shows the line is there, but it is invisible.
So Q is on the plane, but W is not. W is the answer.
