In a meeting, if you supply any items ( paper wear, plastics, food, drinks, ect. ect. ) you will be affecting your budget. Likewise with the special events. And even if you <em>only</em> showing up, its affecting your budget, seeing the time spent at the event/meeting could be making you <em>money.</em>
