Is there a name for these 2 types of noise/static? They're both noise but one has color and the other only has shades of grey to

black. I was wondering if there is a different name or something for these 2 things?
Also I don't know what to put this in so I'll just put it in art

I believe the answer may be burgundy

Burgundy is created with brown, red and blue

To make brown you can mix red and green, yellow and purple and then by adding the blue and red it will most likely create burgundy
