Answer:

Rate of return is the rate of interest paid on unpaid balance of money which is borrowed or the interest rate earned on the unrecoverable balance of the money lent or investment.

Annual Payment A = F[\frac{i}{(1+i)^{2} -1}] where F is accumulated sum of amount, n is number of  years and i is annual rate of interest. The standard notation equation is A = F(A/ F, i, n)

Annual Payment A = P[\frac{i(1+i)^{2} }{(1+i)^{2} -1}] where P is present value, n is number of years and i is  annual rate of interest. The standard notation equation is A = P(A/P,i.n)

IRR (first_celtlast_cell) represent the internal rate of return for series of cash flow.

The scholarship starts as soon as endowment obligation are fulfilled so here P is 100000 - 10000 = 90000, A is 10000, n is infinite. So, the equation is

0 = -90000 + 10000 / i^{*}

i^{*} = 0.1111

OR

i^{*} = 11.11%

Answer:

Here only the first statement is false and second statement is true.

Explanation:

Statement 1 is false because expenses are the cost that a company incurred while running their business, from the day to day activities , production of goods and services and the cost incurred while distributing the products to consumers, so basically it includes all the cost which a company incurred for generating revenue. It can be said that all the expenses are cost but not ll cost are expense , an example can be cost incurred while acquiring an income generated assets. Not all cost refers to external financial reports.

The second statement is true as opportunity cost can be defined as sacrifices foregone from the alternative use of resources.

Typically, a governance board inside a company adopts policies. Both subjective and objective decision-making can benefit from policies.

A government or other institution's policy may be a legislation, rule, process, administrative decision, inducement, or voluntary practice. Resource allocations frequently reflect policy decisions. Policies in many different industries can affect health.
