Answer:

Take 2x- 3y= 6 as equation 1

And

x+ 3y= 3 as equation 2

Now add both equation

2x - 3y = 6

x + 3y = 3

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

3x 0 = 9

We can also write 3x 0= 9 as 3x = 9

Now we have to solve 3x =9

3x = 9

x = 9/3

x= 3

I hope this will help you

What is the absolute value of -6? Use the number line to help answer the question.
NNADVOKAT [17]

Answer:

6

Step-by-step explanation:

You don't actually need a number line. Absolute value means how far away the number is from 0, so the value will always be positive. Since -6 is 6 away from 0, the answer is 6.

7 - 2x = 2(x - 4) - 1 solve
Naddika [18.5K]

Answer:

x = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

expand out the brackets to get   7 - 2x = 2x - 8 - 1

we can then add 2x to both sides to get        7  = 4x - 8 - 1

add 9 to both sides to get       16 = 4x

divide both sides by 4 to get     x = 4

hope that helps

What is opportunity sampling
Yakvenalex [24]

Answer:

Opportunity sampling is also known as convenience and it can be defined as a sampling technique which typically involves the process of selecting participants from a population of interest (target group) to take part in a research study.

Step-by-step explanation:

In Statistics, sampling can be defined as a process used to collect or select data (objects, observations, or individuals) from a larger statistical population using specific procedures.

There are various types of sampling used by researchers and these are;

1. Random sampling.

2. Systematic sampling.

3. Stratified sampling.

4. Cluster sampling.

5. Opportunity or convenience sampling.

Opportunity sampling is also known as convenience and it can be defined as a sampling technique which typically involves the process of selecting participants from a population of interest (target group) to take part in a research study.

This ultimately implies that, an opportunity sampling is a non-probability sampling in which a researcher select participants based on their availability for the study.

For example, John a psychologist standing on the street requesting that passersby join in his research study.
