The way basic human rights relate to American is that much of American history is in violation of several of rights, and a mission of the American people (especially progressives) is to bring true equality to the USA. Confucius was concerned in real aspects of life, he asked how humans can serve gods if they did not know how to serve men or how can we be worried about death if we don't know about life.

His focus in humanism had a lot of influence in the region and led the idealism to issues related to the family and morals.
