Qi
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is thousands of years old and has altered little through the decades. Its central idea is that a life energy known as Qi flows through the body. Any imbalance to Qi can cause sickness and illness.
Most often, it is believed that this imbalance is brought on by a change in the opposing and complementing energies that make up the Qi. These are termed yin and yang.
The ancient Chinese held that because of our interconnectedness with nature and vulnerability to its effects, we are microcosms of the broader surrounding cosmos. A crucial idea is finding a balance between health and sickness.
TCM medicine tries to restore this equilibrium through treatment customized to the person.

The Priority, nursing intervention for this client is in case of shock is unless you think doing so may make the patient's suffering or injury worse, lay the patient down and elevate the legs. Keep the person still and don't move them.
Shock can be brought on by trauma, heatstroke, blood loss, allergies, severe illnesses, poisoning, severe burns, and other situations. A person in shock doesn't get enough blood or oxygen to their organs. The following are examples of shock signs and symptoms:
1. Cold, clammy skin
2. pale or ashy skin
3. bluish-tinged lips or fingernails (or gray in the case of dark complexions)
4. rapid breaths and a quick heartbeat
Start CPR if the person is not moving, coughing, or breathing. Loosen any constrictive clothing and, if required, wrap the person in a blanket to prevent cold. Don't let them have any food or drinks. If you have access to an epinephrine autoinjector and you think the person is having an allergic reaction, use it as instructed. If the person is bleeding, apply pressure with a cloth or sheet to the area where it is happening. If the individual vomits or starts bleeding from the mouth and there are no signs of a spinal injury, turn them onto their side to prevent choking.

Note: I may not get all of the Problems with this but.
In My EMS Classes we are taught about BSI Body Substance Isolation. Which I can see in this thing she did wrong one, she should of not taste test people's food with her finger, secondly she should have washed her hands between tasks occationaly to prevent pathogin spread. I'd also like to point that she touched that spore on her neck which would also create pathagins to spread onto her hand and removing the case for the Dessert Tray even though I'm not someone in the food Industry that would also create a hazard if someone coughed/sneezed on it.
Simple and short: She should of followed proper hygene and wash her hands and if she touched anything like a possible medical hazard like on her neck she should of immidally washed her hands.
Im pritty sure there is more to this than just what I said but its a main part.
