t the advantages the North had before and during the war, the military plan used by the North and whether it was successful and whether other countries supported either side.
The north had more advantage land possession in the least. They had more farms than the south and helped provide foods/supplies for the soliders/troops. Had plenty of material than South like Iron, coal, copper and gold. They also had a good amount of railroads/tracks that allowed soldiers and goods/supplies to be transported whenever needed.
