As a result of my extensive investigation into the article above, I believe that teachers are more than just educators. They are also human beings. This subject explores the professional and personal choices that instructors must make to enhance the knowledge, skills, and values of their students. Both rookie instructors and practicing teachers can benefit from this session, which provides a thorough overview of the functions of a teacher and the teaching profession. Contextual situations in different countries can easily be adapted to South Africa because the underlying challenges are the same.

Additionally, as teachers' stress levels are related to negative educational outcomes, more efforts need to be geared towards improving the working conditions of school teachers as a way of reducing stress. Teachers also require training in stress management techniques, self-care, and alternative disciplinary strategies

In conclusion, along these lines, most teachers enjoy teaching and get great satisfaction from seeing their students improve over time.  Having said all this, many people in the world have taught for a very long time and continue to do so for the love of teaching. I have decided to become a teacher because I love children. I enjoy watching them grow, and I want to make a difference in the lives of my students.  As a teacher, I will do everything that I can to ensure that each becomes a productive, successful citizen in life.  In order for me to obtain this goal, I will create a loving, positive, respectful, and safe learning environment where each student will be treated equally and be encouraged to do his or her best. I know that every student can learn and has the potential to accomplish great things even if they do not see that themselves. I will always strive to help each and every individual that I come in contact with to realize just how much potential they have. I will help to encourage them in everything they do, help them grow as students and individuals, and help them to become better individuals in general.
