The endocrine system is comprised of glands that produce hormones that regulate many functions in the body. Some functions are m

etabolism, sleep, hunger, growth and development, reproduction, mood, etc. In this assignment, you will give 4 examples of how you used your endocrine system. For each example you need to do the following:
1. State the gland/hormone used

2. Explain one thing that you have done where the gland/hormone from the endocrine system was activated.

Example:

I visit the doctor for my yearly checkup and find that I have grown almost 2 inches in the past year! Now that I think about it, my voice has changed a little bit AND my clothes have started to fit differently. The doctor explained I am going through puberty and the Pituitary Gland regulates growth.
