The Cairo Conference of 1994 was a meeting of the United Nations to discuss the issue of overpopulation.
Otherwise known as the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD), the name essentially gives the explanation away. Other than just discussing overpopulation, they also talked about scholarships and preservation for women, birth control and family devising, and immigration. The central affair of the conference was overpopulation and abortion. While the current world population at that time was about 5.5 billion, they began concerned about the over-crowding and boost in abortion. <span />

According to a number of historians, <span>the Soviet Union attempted to obscure the Jewish aspect of the concentration camps, at least in Soviet media accounts in the wake of the liberation of concentration camps in 1944 and 1945. In the Russian press, the Germans were depicted as simple beasts, but their focus on killing Jews in the concentration camps was down played in the media if not actually outright hidden. </span>
That is because the vast majority of Native Americans died in the period. This was mostly due to diseases that the Europeans brought with them and against which they didn't have the immunity. Many also died in wars and in reservations, but mostly due to diseases. The Europeans flourished and developed successful colonies, which led to the modern times.

Many of the martyrs died in their effort to spread their religion and refused to disavowed their religion even if they're heavily pressured. Many people who witness this perceive their actions as strength, which eventually influenced many people to adopt Christianity as their religion.
