Answer:

yes figures have the same perimeter

Step-by-step explanation:

The opposite sides of the rectangle are equal , then

perimeter = 2(x + 4) + 2x = 2x + 8 + 2x = 4x + 8

The square has 4 equal sides , then

perimeter = 4(x + 2) = 4x + 8

Then the figures have the same perimeter

Guys i need help lol
Damm [24]

Answer:

x = 17°, m∠ A = 114°

Step-by-step explanation:

We can tell that these pair of angles are corresponding, provided;

Line 1 ║ Line 2, AB ∩ Line 1 and Line 2 ⇒ corresponding ∠s ≅,

m∠ A = m∠ B ⇒ Substitute values of A and B,

6x + 12 = 3x + 63 ⇒ Subtract 3x on either side,

3x + 12 = 63 ⇒ Subtract 12 on either side of equation,

3x = 51 ⇒ Divide either side by 3,

x = 17 ⇒ Substitute value of x to solve for m∠ A,

m∠ A = 6 * ( 17 ) + 12,

m∠ A = 102 + 12,

m∠ A = 114

Solution; x = 17°, m∠ A = 114°

There are 18 cupcakes. How many 3/4 size servings can you make?
densk [106]
Since its 3/4 serving and there are 18 pancakes
18 divided by 3/4
just find the reciprocal (switch the denominator and numerator) and change divide to multiply
18 x 4/3 = 24 servings
the reason being for multiplying the reciprocal: there is a rule stating that whenever you divide something by a fraction, you change the divide sign to a multiplying sign and flip the flip the digits in the numerator and denominator section in the fraction (basically the fractions reciprocal)

or another way of doing it is
3/4 = 0.75
18/0.75 = 24
but you'll likely to need a calculator for that
