12 we can rewrite as a multiplication: 1*12 or 2*6 or 3*4

7 we can rewrite it as a sum of which 2 numbers you see above?...3+4

x² +3x+4x +12 , write 7x as 3x+4x

x(x+3) + 4(x+3) , factor x from first 2 terms x²+3x and 4 from last 2 terms 4x+12
