A demonstrative adjective is one of the words this, that, these and those used with a noun in English to point out a particular thing or person, for example, this woman, that dog.
In Spanish, demostrative adjectives are placed BEFORE the noun, just like in English. Some examples
Esta casa = This house
Aquel Coche = That car
No me gustan esas fotos. = I don't like those photos.
