To give a speech we could highlight the positive aspects of the honoree and invite him/her to improve the factors that still have shortcomings.

How to prepare a speech?

To prepare a speech we must take into account certain aspects, in general we must know in which space the speech will be delivered, to whom it is addressed and what the main purpose is.
Later we must structure it including a greeting and thanks to the public, the central point (central theme) and the farewell.
In general, if we have to give a speech to a person that we believe does not deserve it, we could invite them to improve those aspects that are still shortcomings. Additionally we can highlight his/her strengths in a friendly way.

A. Twenty miles West of Phoenix
and
B. 3:15 p.m. on June 12, 2014
Look for facts that are exact. Something that gives you all of the details possible. For instance, "rumors spread" doesn't give us real facts to go off of. Yes, rumors were spread but what exactly was being said? And by who? Also, a spherical metal object, which I believe is more of a description(adjectives). It's just describing what the spacecraft looked like. The word "object" could be anything also. Even though it said the "object is likely a spacecraft" telling us what exactly the object was believed to be, the word "Likely" does not mean it is for certain. Likely basically means probably or possibly. So again, that answer given has holes in it. It's leaving unanswered questions and doesn't give us a fact that we can know for sure is true and can rely on. But 3:15 p.m. on June 12, 2014 is exact. We know that the spacecraft landed on that exact time and on that date(month, day, and year) no questions asked. That would not be the case if it said sometime, someday, some month in 2014. Also, saying 20 miles West of Phoenix, they didn't say just Arizona, they gave us the city. Also, telling us it is exactly 20 miles in the location West. So traveling from Phoenix, driving 20 miles West of there you should be able to find the approximate or exact area of the crash site.
