The answer is 2/3. It is this because when you add up all the marbles you get 48 then when you simplify 16/48 you get 1/3, finally the opposite of 1/3 is 2/3.

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

Graph A represents a linear equation. This means that a certain number of teams join every week. For example, (0,6)(1,12)(2,18) etc... Therefore, graph A is correct.

Graph B represents an exponential equation. This means that the number of teams is multiplied every week. For example, (0,6)(1,36)(2,216) etc...

An electronic product contains 53 integrated circuits. The probability that any integrated circuit is defective is 0.02, and the
Varvara68 [4.7K]

Answer: Hello!

Here you have 53 integrated circuits, each with a probability of 0.02 of being defective.

If only one of them is defective, then the electronic product doesnt work.

Then we need the calculate the probability in wich all the 53 circuits arent defective.

the probability for each one to not be defective is 1 - 0.02 = 0.98

And if i want to see the probability for all of them to work fine, then i need to do the product of all the probabilities, this is multiply 0.98 53 times, or:

0.98^{53} = 0.34275

rounding to the four decimal place, we have: 0.3428

Wich is a kinda small probability for our product to work.

Which equation represents the line that passes through (–6, 7) and (–3, 6)? y = –x + 9 y = –x + 5 y = –3x – 11y y = –3x + 25
Svetllana [295]

Step 1

Find the slope of the line

we know that

the formula to calculate the slope between two points is equal to

m=\frac{(y2-y1)}{(x2-x1)}

Let

A(-6,7)\\B(-3,6)

substitute the values

m=\frac{(6-7)}{(-3+6)}

m=\frac{(-1)}{(3)}

m=-1/3

Step 2

with the slope m and the point A(-6,7) find the equation of the line

we know that

the equation of the line in the point-slope form is equal to

y-y1=m*(x-x1)

substitute the values

y-7=(-1/3)*(x+6)

y=(-1/3)x-2+7

y=(-1/3)x+5

therefore

the answer is

y=(-1/3)x+5
