How poverty violates the right to equal access to basic services

Answer:

Rights are natural and are endowed by the very nature of our existence. It then follows that we cannot be separated from them, they are inalienable. Rights can be abused, restricted in their use or made ineffective but they cannot be removed. A person can be punished for saying something unpopular but short of killing him that person can still say whatever he wants. Since a right is inalienable, it cannot be separated from a person that person cannot transfer it either. What would be the point after all since everyone is equally endowed with the same natural rights.

If that is understood then everything else conferred on us by society then should be recognized as privilege. The first right that applies to your question is the right to equitable treatment. Even the poorest has equal claim on services that are available. The second right in play here is the right to aquire property and to be secure in its ownership. When any outside force whether it is your neighbor or the government attempts to tresspass on your ownership of the property it is theft and a violation of the owner's rights.

To claim the poorest person has a right to services, equitable treatment sustains that right. But to claim that a person who cannot pay for that service but is entitled to it at another's expense is theft.

Paul life is full of ups and downs. People try and fail, think of the wright brothers the tried so many times to make an airplane fly but they tried and failed. Human nature is to be curious, to try to look for answers. We are not always glorious but there is grace in our failings. We must try and try again, not to give up.  Humans want to give and get love it is human nature, but we must give love to get love. We have to face our fears, make it through the darkest part of the night.  We must be ourselves show the world who we are, we can't just sit around and do nothing. We can just sit and mope and feel sorry for ourselves. NO we must rise to the occasion and be ourselves. We will try and fail but we must get up and not give up.

Write a story about no rules
Inessa05 [86]

Answer:

I always wanted a school to have no rules... well that is until it actually happened,I'm Emily Jones and i'm going to tell you about the day there were no rules at school.it all started when the teacher said that the students of riverbank primary school could all vote for a new school rule.

the teacher kept saying it could be any rule you want, no matter how ridiculous. i had never seen my fellow class mates think that much until Amanda smith came up with a terrible idea for the school to have no rules, well of course everybody voted for that, anyway march 1st 2016 was the day there were no rules.it was terrible! teachers were in pajamas kids were doing the unthinkable. you would be surprised that i just wanted to sit in the corner and read my new book.

what would you do if your school had no rules? a couple of days later kids started getting bored. they didn't get an education or anything. eventually kids just stopped coming to school. days and months went by and the school was a ghost town, everybody knew nothing. they had no education and all of the teachers lost their jobs.

luckily i read every book i needed to read to get well educated, that's when i knew it was my job to save the school i know what your thinking.. how can a 10 year old girl save a school, well you would be surprised. i made sure that every student in the school got a good education as well as some fun games to play too.

when the People came to shut the school down they were amazed at how the school looked. they were so surprised that they let me be the principle of the school and they changed it to Emily Jones primary school, i was so happy. so in conclusion the day i thought was terrible actually turned out to be the the best day of my life.
