The total batches of cupcakes that you make with one small bag of sugar will be 22 batches

From the question, we are given the following

Weight of a small bag of sugar = 2.265kg = 2265grams

Since 100g of sugar to make one batch of cupcakes, then:

100g = 1 batch ... 1

In order to get the number of batches of cupcakes can you make with one small bag of sugar, we can write:

2265g =  x ... 2

Divide both expressions;

100/2265 = 1/x

100x = 2265

x = 2265/100

x = 22.65 batches

Hence the batches of cupcakes that you make with one small bag of sugar will be 22 batches

Paperclip floating on water - What water property is being shown
schepotkina [342]

Answer:

The water property being shown is surface tension

Explanation:

Due to the surface tension, small objects will "float" on the surface of a fluid, as long as the object cannot break through and separate the top layer of water molecules. When an object is on the surface of the fluid, the surface under tension will behave like an elastic membrane.

The two population will, therefore, adapt to their local environments and become reproductively isolated with time. After long periods of time, the two lizards population will have different alleles and will not be able to mate and produce viable offsprings hence will have speciated.</span>
