Total would be $158.07

To calculate slaes tax and total cost, take the price (151.99) and multiply by tax rate, then add them together.

4%= .04

So Price (151.99) times tax(.04) would be 6.0796.

We're not finished, because that is just the tax.

Add them together, 151.99+6.0796 = 158.0696

Round to the nearest cent, so $<em>158.07</em>

Hope this helps and please consider marking branliest.

<span>20 % profit on $ 1.20 </span>

= $ 20/100 × 1.20

= $ 0.20 × 1.20

<span>= $ 0.24 </span>

<span>Similarly, 20 % loss on $ 1.20 </span>

= $ 20/100 × 1.20

= $ 0.20 × 1.20

= $ 0.24

Therefore, in one pipe his profit is $ 0.24 and in the other pipe his loss is $ 0.24.

Since both profit and loss amount is same so, it’s broke even.
