I disagree with this, though I want to agree with the statement. Mankind is the human population as a whole. Sadly, it is impossible to say that every man or woman would be changed for the best and would want a peaceful life. There are those out there who love destruction and pain. Take 9/11 for example. Who would actually want to strike down three important buildings (The Twin Towers and the Pentagon) that are filled with people. Only someone who enjoys chaos and bloodshed would do such a thing. So, no. I disagree with this. Not everyone can be changed.
