What effect did workers’ low wages in China and Taiwan have on export sales?
tigry1 [53]
Because of the low wages, it meant that the company had more money, which also meant more profits from their products.  This meant that they could make more products for less money which also lowered the product's cost.  This in turn lowered said cost to be smaller than their competition.  That lowered cost meant that all other countries that made the same type product would stop and simply buy it from China.  Therefore the answer would be B, Other countries quickly bought the low-priced products.

Why did SADD change their name from Students Against Drunk Driving to Students Against Destructive Decisions?
natka813 [3]

Answer:

While drunk driving is also a destructive decision they changed their name to encompass all bad decisions. They wanted to send a message of a bigger picture and teach people how to make good decisions that were not only tied to being drunk or sober. They wanted to start talking about all the bad decisions we make and how to avoid making them and to start taking responsibility for the actions that we do.
