When dealing with conflict and misunderstanding you automatically assume something that it isn't but in all situations you should be slow and try to grasp the situation fully and don't explode with emotions you should also maybe get another person not involved in the situation to hear the full story from both sides and ask for their opinion because it won't be biased.
