First, look at the whole number if it is 12, it will go near the 1 on the number line, next look at the fraction,
if its 1/2 change it to be 2/4. Next count the lines in between the number. There are 4 lines. If it is 3/4, count 3 lines and put the fraction there. So 41/4 would be the 4 and 1 line next to it.

Montella selling roses for four dollars each to raise money for a local charity if you spends 184 to buy the flowers roses Xmas
Dmitry_Shevchenko [17]

Complete question :

Montel is selling roses for $4 each to raise money for a local charity. If he spend $184 to buy the flowers, how many roses ,x, must Montel sell to make a profit of at least $360

Answer:

x > 136

Step-by-step explanation:

To make a profit of $360

Selling price per rose = $4

Amount spent on roses = $184

To male a profit of at least $360

The total revenue made from rose sale must be :

Cost price + profit made

$184 + $360 = $544

To make a profit of at least, $360, them he must sell at least :

$544 / selling price

$544 / $4

= 136

x > 136

What is the m<R???????
Oksi-84 [34.3K]

Answer:

128

Step-by-step explanation:

Hey There!

So the rule about interior angles of a trapezoid

is that the angles that lie on the segments that are not parallel are supplements

so essentially what I'm saying is that angle R and angle U are supplementary angles so to find x we do

180=15x+8+7x-4

step 1 combine like terms

15+7=22

8-4=4

now we have

180=22x+4

step 2 subtract 4 from each side

180-4=176

now we have

176=22x

step 3 divide each side by 22

176/22=8

so x=8

now we plug in 8 to 15x+8

8x15=120

120+8=128

so we can conclude that angle R = 128

Simplify the slope of AC
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer:

Slope\:\: \overline{AC} =1

Step-by-step explanation:

A is on the same point on the x-axis as B and the same point on the y-axis as D

  • Therefore, the coordinate of A is (0,0)

C is on the same point on the x-axis as D and the same point on the y-axis as B.

  • Therefore, the coordinate of C is (a,a)

We are to determine the slope of the line joining A to C.

Slope, m =\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1} \\(x_1,y_1)=(0,0),(x_2,y_2)=(a,a)\\$Therefore, Slope of AC$\\m =\dfrac{a-0}{a-0}\\=\dfrac{a}{a}\\\\=1

Slope\:\: \overline{AC} =1
