You need to find the distance between the 3 lengths of the lines from the given points
ef =  sqrt ( 6-4) ^2 + 2-2^2) = sqrt 4 = 2
fg =  sqrt (6 - 2)^2  + 4-4^2  =  sqrt16 = 4
ge = sqrt (6-4)^2 + (2-6)^2) = sqrt 20 =  4.47
circumference = 2 + 4 + 4.47 = 10.47
