Your parents or someone whom you really trust and can be comfortable with anytime. If you don’t have anyone you trust then keeping a journal or a diary about your feelings is good cuz you take those stuff out from your mind by writing them down on a book. If that doesn’t help either maybe keeping yourself busy with your loved ones and spending time with your family kinda helps.. or maybe keep yourself busy all the time and if ur an internal person than take a break from social media.
