True because you can kinda think of it as the saying “you are what you eat” in health wise. If you eat junk food, you will feel not so healthy and it could probably affect you in the next 10 years. But if you are working out, eating healthy, taking care of your body, being active, it could affect you in a good way in the next 10 years.
