The gallbladder generally looks like a small, bulbous pouch. It is usually no bigger than the palm of your hand, maybe even smaller. It starts with a thinner side and gradually just becomes wider and more rounded.
The location of it can be found around the liver, and it helps digest and breakdown bile. :)
The gallbladder is a small sack in the upper right abdomen, below your liver. It looks like a sideways pear. Its main job is to store about 50 percent of bile (gall) that is made by the liver. Your body needs bile to help break up fats.
