Answer:

Use the SINE RULE:

\frac{a}{ \sin( \alpha ) } =  \frac{b}{ \sin( \beta ) }

\frac{6}{ \sin(60) }  =  \frac{x}{ \sin(90) }

x =  \sin(90)  \times  \frac{6}{ \sin(60) }

x = 6.93

In AABC, mZA=x, mZB = 2x +2, and
AnnyKZ [126]

Answer:

x = 29

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the 3 angles in a triangle = 180°

Sum the 3 given angles and equate to 180

x + 2x + 2 + 3x + 4 = 180, that is

6x + 6 = 180 ( subtract 6 from both sides )

6x = 174 ( divide both sides by 6 )

x = 29

If all of the diagonals are drawn from a vertex of an octagon, how many triangles are formed?
Lynna [10]
There are 6, you'd think there would be 8 but the answer is actually 6. A diagonal is a line segment that connects to vertices, the two vertices chosen do not count when forming the triangle, two vertices that are adjacent to that chosen vertex are NOT included when forming the diagonal. It's confusing, but I hope this helps. If you have any follow up questions I'd love to answer them.

What is the domain of the function f(x) = 2x /(3x^2− 3
Svet_ta [14]
The domain of the function in this case will be for when the denominator is different from zero:
 3x ^ 2- 3 = 0
 3x ^ 2 = 3
 x ^ 2 = 3/3
 x ^ 2 = 1
 x = + / - 1
 Therefore the domain of this function are all reals without including x = 1 and x = -1
