Originally, the Civil rights movement left out Native Americans, Latin people, women, LGBT, and disabled groups. But they all used the model to benefit eventually. Since you did not provide the following groups, I'm not sure how to help you.
Of all marginalized groups I can think of, I guess the poor may not have benefited.

How would Federalists most likely respond to this?
aleksklad [387]

For the Federalists, their most likely response is D. They would agree and be confident that the Constitution meets those goals.

Who were the Federalists?

The Federalists were American Founding Fathers who wanted a strong government and strong executive branch.

The Federalists were opposed by the anti-Federalists who wanted a weaker central government.

The Federalists did not vote for a bill of rights because they regarded the constitution as sufficient, unlike the anti-Federalists who demanded a bill of rights to be part of the Constitution.

Thus, for the Federalists, their most likely response is D. They would agree and be confident that the Constitution meets those goals.

Sergeu [11.5K]
The Anti-Federalists’ main objection to ratifying the Constitution was that it would place too much power in the hands of the federal government over the individual states. This is why they insisted on a "Bill of Rights" to be added to the Constitution to protect individual liberty.
