Answer:

William Penn believed strongly that Indians should be treated fairly. He traveled to the interior of the colony and befriended different Native American tribes. He insisted that the Native Americans be paid a fair price for any land that was purchased from them.

I don’t remember exactly but I remember from history class that cuneiform was mostly tabs made out of clay or materials used to keep government records and tragic events that happened (such as wars or when tribes got broken up) for early civilizations; I hope this answer helps a little !
