Answer: Tannen uses Pathos the most throughout the passage.

Explanation: I will add a photo highlighting examples to this answer.  The framing issue is to prove that no matter how she attempted to cater, the message of her work would get lost, as nobody wants to be criticized—even if that is not the authorial intent.
