You received an email from your English friend, Harry. He asked for your advice on how to keep fit. Read part of his email below
. Hi,
I enjoy my job, but often sit at a computer all day. I don’t get much exercise, so I often feel tired. I consider going to the gym to improve my health, but I often work very late. Could you recommend something else I should do to keep fit? Do I really need a personal trainer or can I do it by myself? Also, do I need to buy any equipment to do exercise? Does it cost much to buy them?
1. FIRST OF ALL EXERCISE IS NOT ONLY ABOUT GOING TO GYM BUT DOING PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS WALKING, JOGGGING AND RUNNING, TO DO THIS WHY NOT WAKE UP EARLY AND JUST WALK GOING TO JOB.
NO YOU DON'T NEED PERSONAL TRAINER, YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF AS LONG AS YOU CAN DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AT HOME OR EVEN AT JOB.
NO, AS I SAID DOING SIMPLE ACTIVITIES IS ALRIGHT, NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUST DO IT.
I think it is good because you have to move out of your home some day and you need to have money. But to do that you must have degree yes you have a job at McDonalds or Wendy's, but you need a real job to have enough money for your rent and bills. You may not want to or like it but its the best way to go.
