Ninalyux is correct.  To explain, here's this:

If you came across the fraction $\frac{2}{1}$, you can read it as two over one, or two divided by one.  Now let's just stop here.  You can read it as two divided by one, but what is two divided by one? The answer: two.  Therefore, you can even read the fraction by just saying two.

Other examples:

$\frac{5}{1}$   Reads as: five, five over one, five divided by one.

*Any fraction with the denominator of one, as a whole number it would be the numerator*

Meaning: $\frac{5}{1}$ equals 5.
