You choose most parts of your identity for yourself. Society, and others influence your identity in ways that aren't even explained. Some things, like your gender assigned at birth are by chance. All of these, however, all are part of your identity and help you decide. For example, trends from others can help influence your identity. Also, society has specific standards, and breaking out of those standards and norms can help influence your identity

Many people refer to Nixon and his presidency as "complicated" (sometimes "contradictory"). His supporters include liberal, centrist, and conservative academics. He advocate low taxes, free markets, deregulation, privatization, and reduced government spending and government debt. That's he considered as conservative.

He also known as liberal due to his reform in domestic and foreign policy. He adopted policy of  détente with both nations and  in national level he adopted the policy of less interference in economy.
