Mathematics

Answer: i think you're talking about dilations and there are specific formulas depending on the situation.

for example: the dilation of (x,y) is (-1/2x, -1/2y).

you'd probably need to subtract 2 from whatever measurements of the shape you're working with. i'm not completely sure though

A company has actual unit demand for four consecutive years of 100, 105, 135, and 150. The respective forecasts were 120 for all
Lubov Fominskaja [6]

Answer:

c. 20

Step-by-step explanation:

Calculation to determine Which of the following is the resulting MAD value that can be computed from this data

Using this formula

MAD= [ABS( Year 1 actual unit demand - Forecast) + ABS (Year 2 actual unit demand - Forecast) + ABS (Year 3 actual unit demand - Forecast) + ABS (Year 4 actual unit demand - Forecast)]/ Number of years

Let plug in the formula

MAD = [ABS(100 - 120) + ABS (105 - 120) + ABS (135 - 120) + ABS (150 - 120)]/4

MAD =(ABS 20) + (ABS 15) + (ABS 15) + (ABS 30)/4

MAD= 80/4

MAD=20

Therefore the resulting MAD value that can be computed from this data is 20

Can someone answer this pls??
babymother [125]
<h3><u>Explanation</u></h3>
  • Given the expressions and values.

\frac{2ab +  {a}^{2}  {b}^{2}  - a}{ab}  \\  \begin{cases} a  =  - 1 \\ b = 1 \end{cases}

  • Substitute the value of a and b in the expression to evaluate.

\frac{2( - 1)(1) +  {( - 1)}^{2}  {(1)}^{2}  - ( - 1)}{( - 1)(1)}

  • Evaluate

\frac{2( - 1) + 1(1) + 1}{ - 1}  \\  \frac{ - 2 + 1 + 1}{ - 1}  \\  \frac{ - 2 + 2}{ - 1}  \\  \frac{0}{ - 1}  \Longrightarrow 0

<h3><u>Answer</u></h3>

<u>\large \boxed{0}</u>

I really need help with b I have already done a
marishachu [46]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In the first pattern, there were 6 sticks

In the second pattern, there were 10 sticks.

In the third pattern, there were 14 sticks.

Based on the pattern, we see that each time, 4 more sticks are added and that the initial amount of stick is 6.

Thus: the equation for how many sticks there would be in pattern n is:

# of sticks in pattern n = 6 + 4n

Hope that helps!
