Answer:

y = x - 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope intercept form is y = mx + b

y =) Will still be y =

mx) m is the slope, so we need to figure out our slope using \frac{rise}{run}

      - We need to pick out two points

      - I am going to pick (0, -7) & (1, -6)

      - If look at them there is a 1 rise and a 1 run (basically, it goes up 1 and over 1)

      - This means our slope is \frac{1}{1} which can be turned into 1, when we put this with x we get 1x which can become x

+ b ) This is the place on the y-axis where the line intercepts it

      - When we look on the graph we can see this is - 7

So putting all the parts together results in y = x - 7 which is our answer :))

Hopefully this helps, have a nice day! :D

Answer:

-1

Step-by-step explanation:

∫x^2 -x +1 dx = x^3/3 -x^2/2 +x  evaluated at 1  subtracting the value at 0

1/3 -1/2 +1  - (0/3 -0/2 +0)

5/6

Now lets find

∫x^2 -x +1 dx=x^3/3 -x^2/2 +x  evaluated at 2  subtracting the value at 1

2^3/ 3 -2^2/2 +2 - (1/3 -1/2 +1 )

8/3 -2 +2 - (5/6)

8/3 -5/6

11/6

The total is 5/6 - 11/6 = -6/6  or -1

When a slope is over the x-axis, it will be positive. If it is below the x-axis, it will be negative.
