Nope, for the reason that the bill of rights states most right that we have today. We wouldn’t have the same rights if it wasn’t for the bill of rights. We would be extremely corrupted and there would be no fair justice in the United States

Without the Bill of Rights, this right could be taken and if the government becomes entirely corrupted, people could be put in jail for false accusation, their race, religion or sexuality, and many other unfair situations.
