The table to answer the question is missing. To decide which season Mateo is experiencing, we have to analyze the chart.

When in the North hemisphere is summer, in the South is winter, it is always the opposite season. The Equator is the imaginary line that divides the Earth into two hemispheres. The U.S.A is on the northern hemisphere, above the Equator, while Argentina is on the South hemisphere below the Equator, the seasons will be different.

The table shows the times of sunrise and sunset in Justin's hometown, if

 • Sunrises are early and sunsets late; it is summer in the U.S.A
 • Sunrises are late and sunsets early; it is winter in the U.S.A

To sum up, if it is summer in the U.S.A, in Buenos Aires, Argentina will be winter. On the other hand, If it is winter in the U.S.A, it will be summer in Argentina. We can see that the claim will depend on the information in the table.

What activities are hazardous to heart health and what are some solutions? (Example: handle stress with stress management, not o
Ksivusya [100]

Answer and Explanation:

When talking about heart diseases, there are numerous factors that may aggraviate or increase the risk for heart disease, such as lifestyle choices including diet, drug consumption, smoking, etc.

 • High blood cholesterol levels - consuming food high in cholesterol leads to the congregation of extra cholesterol in the the arteries.

Solutions: reduce the consumption of food that is high in cholesterol, such as eggs, cheese, and meat (especially red meat).

 • Low physical activity - increases the probabilities of having obesity and high cholesterol, which could lead to heart disease.

Solutions: practice exercise often, e.g. a walk in the park every evening, going to the gym, running, swimming, etc.

 • Smoking - this increases the probability of having a heart disease as it damages both the heart and blood vessels.

Solutions: avoid smoking at all costs.

The venom of the Eastern diamondback rattler and the Indian cobra contains phospholipase A2, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of f
faust18 [17]

a) Lysolecithins refers to the compounds, which are obtained from phosphatidylcholine, it is amphipathic in nature and comprises both the hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions.

On the basis of the composition of a lysolecithin, the choline, glycerol, and phosphate are hydrophilic in nature, while the fatty acid on C1 is hydrophobic.

b) Phospholipase refers to an enzyme, which functions on phospholipids and discharges fatty acid from the 2nd carbon of glycerol resulting in the formation of common arachidonic acid and lysophospholipids.

The phospholipase A2 comprises 15 groups out of which four are very essential, that is, cellular phospholipase A2, secreted phospholipase A2, calcium-independent phospholipase A2, and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2.

They perform essential functions like pro-inflammatory activity, antimicrobial actions, bone formation, insulin secretion, apoptosis, axon regeneration, sperm development, and also function as markers of coronary heart disease.

Which layer of soil is least likely to be penetrated by plant roots? a. O (organic matter) b. A (topsoil) c. B (subsoil) d. C (p
Luden [163]

Answer: d. C (parent rock)

Soil horizons are the layers lying parallel to the surface or subsurface layers of soil. These horizons are formed in the process of soil horizon. These sequence of soil horizons is collectively called as soil profile.

The layer or soil horizon, which is least likely to be penetrated by plant roots is C horizon. The C horizon is a layer of soil, which consists of huge aggregates of parent rocks, which are unweathered or partially weathered, lying deep in the bottom of the soil profile. It does not contain organic matter. Also, the texture of the soil is not fine, instead hard rocks are present. Therefore, this layer of soil cannot be penetrated by plant roots.
