People in both the Netherlands and California have modified their environment by reducing activities that is responsible for pollution.

The people of these two countries reduces the use of vehicles for transportation and use vehicles that produces zero pollution like bicycle. These actions of both countries make their environment clean and less polluted which has a good affect on the health of people as well as on the organisms that lives in that environment so we can conclude that modification of environment is a good initiative.
