Political changes:

  • In the Roman Empire, the capital was taken away from Rome to Byzantine.
  • In the Han Empire, the Qin dynasty succeeded the Han Dynasty.

Social Changes

  • In the Roman Empire, the Germans raided the Roman Empire
  • In the Han Empire, there is Yellow Scarf Rebellion.
