A pro of keeping fit is that you will be healthier, this is because you are exercising and moving which is good for your body. Another pro of keeping fit is that you will feel better and will most likely feel more energetic. However, a con of keeping fit is that it requires time. Another con is that it might be hard at first because your body is not used to it. My opinion on this is that it that once you overcome the cons, the pros will be much better, and that it is good to keep fit.
