Explanation: Alliteration and personification

"..The soft,sun-kissed sand" is alliteration. It has  the same letter/sound at the beginning of the words. I think alliteration is used to enhance the adjectives (which are being used to enhance the noun).

Another one is  personification (The wind is not actually hissing).

The question is asking you to find 2/3 of 471, which can also be written as 2/3*471 (* = multiplication)

2/3*471 (multiply the numerators by each other and the denominators by each other)
=942/3 (divide the numerator and denominator by 3)
=314/1 or 314 votes
