This seems to be a study of Da Vinci's Mona Lisa created with food??? Aside from the interesting choice of materials, its primary focus seems to be on shape design: as you can see, the hair, shadow of the neck, and clothing are combined together into one single shape. The facial features are also designed using as minimal detail as possible. A common misconception when it comes to visual arts is that detail creates a more advanced image. However, simplification creates a unified composition that is easy for the eye to read.

Answer:

Describe how this artwork uses the elements of art.

They both use all 7 elements of art.

They have unique textures because the artist has chosen to use two edible liquid substances, the first being a type of jam. The jam looks like it could have some seeds in it and since it is jam it might have a sticky texture. The second substance that the artist used was peanut butter, since peanut butter is known to be sticky we can expect this art piece was too. But it does seem like it would be smoother since there would be no seeds in it.

Although the two art pieces are based on the same art piece (Mona Lisa made By Leonardo da Vinci) they both have different colors and tones. Piece number 1 (on the left side) is a red color with some darker red and black splotches, produced by the seeds in the jam. Piece number 2 (right side) on the other hand has a more golden brown color all the way through with no splotches.

They are both colorful pieces of art but they both have different tones and shades, piece #1 is a darker red color that has a slight transparency to it. Piece #2 is a much lighter that lies in between a golden or mustard yellow and a light chocolate brown, this color then ends up being a more golden honey brown.

They both use a multitude of curved lines and shapes that are mainly circles and ovals. The curved lines sculpting mainly the face and also the body.

Both of these pieces have the same form because (as we have stated before) they are both based on the same artwork (Mona Lisa made By Leonardo da Vinci).

They both use the space well they have space on their face being the skin, this space gives the art piece room to be more detailed and intricate.

Good luck, hope this helps

The difference between Analytic Cubism and Synthetic Cubism is that Synthetic Cubism:

Answer:

B. reassembles the pieces of the object.

How do analytic cubism and synthetic cubism differ?

Depending on the historian or theorist making this statement, there may be a difference. Yve-Alain Bois is the source I prefer to use for this. An item is dissected (analyzed) from multiple perspectives and then rendered in analytical cubism. In synthetic cubism, the objects being painted are either constructed, or they are placed in a secondary state. The distinction is based on synthetic cubism's increased usage of collage. In a sense, the methods become more important than the thing. Comparing instances will help to better convey this.

The process used to determine what the artist was trying to convey.
SIZIF [17.4K]
The answer is Interpretation
When creating an artwork, artists often put his emotion, principles, or pollitical value into his artwork and does not give any information about it for the audience. When the audiences see the artwork, they would combined the artform that they see with their own emotion/principles which lead to the personal interpretation on what the artists actually want to convey.

Answer & Explanation:

If you've ever had a career in the arts, or know someone who has, you are likely aware that saying the word “Macbeth” inside a theatre is strictly taboo unless one is rehearsing or in the midst of performing Shakespeare's dark tragedy.
