Why do we need to study literature?

English
1 answer:
Mekhanik [1.2K]3 years ago

Answer:

Although I don't really know why. I do know why.

Explanation:

Literature is used in our everyday lives. We may not be writing letters to someone, but we use our keyboards and phones to write thoughts and ideas down. Maybe you are saying "hi!" to your friend. Or you might want to ask a question. If you don't learn it, you won't sound fluent. An example would be, "hi how are you." and with literature in mind, a better-revised sentence would be, "Hi! How are you doing?" (See the difference?)

Anyway if you need me to type more words. I could do that!

I hope I helped

cluponka [151]

Answer:

D. The characters are talking animals.

Explanation:

The story of "The Willow Wren and the Bear" is one tale from the Brother's Grimm's story for children. This story tells the war/ fighting between the animals of the forest and the willow-wrens who are considered to be the royal birds in the forest.

As given in the excerpt, the story has animal characters who are able to talk and act like any human being. They are also fighting against each other, just like humans do at times of war. This characterization is also known as personification where the non-human characters are given human attributes. This personification or animation of the animal characters, who talk and fight and plan and kill each other shows that the story was written for children.
