The air would be too thin for most helicopters to create enough lift to remain airborne. And if somehow a helicopter did make it up there, landing wouldnt be easy.
If you are trying to trigger more growth you would want to cut off the tips of the main shoots, make sure the plant has food and water for the striving stomata and developing stomata. Hope I Helped <3 :)
