I've had a crush on this guy ever since elementary and now I'm a sophomore In high school. Though we went to the same schools to

The present paticiple of the verb "work" is "are working". Because the present is when you are doing something now and so, "We <u>are working</u> on a financial plan" you are doing it in the present right now. Hope this helped! :P
