The best day of my life was May 20 2016 (the day of my little brother’s birth).
This was not only the best day of my life but also the most memorable. I was 10 years old at the time and still after many years later I remember this unforgettable day like it was yesterday.

The day of my cute little brother’s birth began by my dad taking my courageous mum to the hospital. My mum was not in labor yet so she kept video calling me and my sister because we had to stay home. Not long after we ( me and my sister hear a knock on the door so we both woke up from our mid-day nap and ran to the door with excitement but we just saw our dad. We were a little disappointed but our dad had just come home to check on us.

All of a sudden, his phone rings. It was my mum she was having a baby! So we all got in the car to go see her by the time we got there. There he was the newest member of the family and I remember looking around and seeing a smile on everyone’s face including the newest member of the family.

Stores that position in-demand items at the front of the store are taking advantage of which utility
VashaNatasha [74]

When you get into a store to buy the essentials you need in order to be loaded for at least a week at home, having in-demand items at the front of the store is useful.

To begin with , placing  in-demand items just in front of the location is useful for you as a customer because you do not need to waste time looking for the things all around the premises, specially if the place is big.

Second,it is useful for the store owners as they situate  the things where they are best spotted and that guarantees the seller the purchase of the goods.

All in all, the position of the in- demand items at the front serves the purpose of the customer, who immediately sees what to buy and that of the retailer who wants their products paid for.

Don’t go thinking your Robin Hood just cause you took an extra peppermint from the candy jar.
Svetlanka [38]
Imo

Allusion : don’t think you’re on a high pedestal like Robin Hood just because you took more than was offered. Robin Hood took from the rich and gave to the poor. The bowl holding the candy jar represents the rich, the peppermint representing the money/gold. You are the taker and the receiver.

Meaning: Don’t take more than offered and try to hold yourself at a high standard for doing such things.
